At Gypsy Sol, we've built a world around the mystical and the experiential. Our cocktail program is the heart of it. Twelve signature drinks honor the twelve signs of the zodiac — each one crafted to capture the energy, essence, and personality of its sign. Beyond the zodiac, our bar goes further: drinks arrive shrouded in smoke, cradled in cauldrons, poured from teapots, sealed in bubbles. Every glass is an event. Every sip, a ritual.

The food follows the same wandering philosophy. Our small plates draw from the sun-soaked coastlines and spice markets of the Mediterranean — dishes meant to be shared, passed, and lingered over. Nothing here is meant to be rushed. Everything is meant to be felt.
